This document describes the setup of the TCP/IP stack in Windows XP to connect
with Infinity AccessNet. Follow the instructions below to run the New Connection
Wizard and configure your connection.

Accessories > Communications >
New Connection Wizard. |

If you have never specified a dial-up connection in Windows XP before,
you will see a window labeled (view)
"Location Information" where you will enter you area code.

When you get (view)
the welcome screen, click Next button. |

Select (view)
Connect to the Internet, and click Next button. |
| |

Select (view)
Set up my connection manually, and click
Next button. |

Select (view)
Connect using a dial-up modem, and click
Next button. |

For ISP (view)
Name enter Infinity, and click
the Next button. |

For Phone number (view)
enter 9522535324. If you need to dial long distance or a
special number to get an outside line, add that before the number. Then
click the Next button. |

Select (view)
whether you allow anyone or only yourself to connect using this setup. |

For User name (view)
enter your dial-in user name. This will begin with a capital "P"
then your user name. For instance, Pjsmith. The capital "P" lets
our system know you are a dial-up user. This field is case sensitive.

For Password, enter your password. This is case sensitive. |
| |
Re-enter your password in the Confirm password field. You should leave
all the options checked. Click the Next button. |

If you would like an Infinity Connection Icon on your desktop, check the
box for that. This is usually not necessary. Click the Finish
button. |

You can now use your internet programs such as web browser or email client.
Click on the Connection icon to dial up (view)
, and press Dial. |

If starting your internet program does not bring up the modem dialer
for you, click Start > Control Panel.
If you see InternetOptions, click on that. Otherwise
click Network and Internet Connections, and then
Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab. |

Select Dial whenever a network connection is not present,
and make sure the Infinity connect is the (Default). |
