Click Start > Programs.

Double-click Communications, then
Double-click Remote Networking.
Double-click on the Make New Connection icon.
(if you are editing an existing connection, highlight the icon name and
click File then Properties) |

For Name of computer
you are dialing, enter Infinity,
Make sure "Dial-Up Connection" is selected, then
click Next button. |

Make sure your modem appears in Select a modem.
Enter your dial-up information:
Area code: 952
Telephone number: 2535324
Country code: 1
Check the "Use country and area code box"
click Next button
then Finish button. |

Click the Configure button.
Make sure none of the boxes are checked, then
click OK button |

Click TCP/IP Settings button.
Confirm Server-assigned IP address is checked.
Check "Use software compression"
Check "Use IP header compression"
Uncheck Server assigned name server addresses and enter
your DNS servers
(this may be under a tab called Name Servers).
Click OK, then
Finish buttons. |

Double-click on the new Infinity icon in Remote Networking. |

For User name enter your dial-in user name.
This will begin with a capital "P" then your user name. For
instance, Pjsmith. The capital "P" lets our system know you
are a dial-up user. (This field is case sensitive)
For Password, enter your password. (This is case
sensitive)
Make sure the Domain field is blank.
Check "Save password" and
Click the Connect button |
