1. Open the Internet Setup Assistant from the icon:
    Apple > Internet Access > Internet Setup Assistant

2. You will be asked to answer the following questions:

Would you like to set up your computer to access the Internet? select YES
Do you already have an Internet account? select YES

3. You will then be taken to an introduction screen which gives you a brief description of the information needed. Select the arrow pointing to the right at the bottom right hand corner.

Name your configuration on the next screen and select either modem or network to access the Internet.

4. Fill in the ^(view)   dial-up information as follows:

   Number: Infinity's dial-up phone number
      9522535324 (no space, dashed or parentheses)
   Name: account username. Enter your username with a
     capital P & username in lower case (example: Pjsmith).
   Password: account password

5. Complete the modem setup screen using the defaults settings:
    Modem: Internal 56k
    Port: Internet Modem should comply with most.

6. Select No on the PPP Connection Scripts screen (not needed to connect to Infinity).
    Select No on the IP address screen unless the account has a static IP address associated with it.

7. Fill ^(view)   in the Domain Name Servers (DNS) information.
   DNS Address:
       209.134.134.134 (primary)
       209.134.134.135 (secondary)

   
8. After finishing these general connection information,
    next will be the email ^(view)   configuration: 
   E-mail Address: your "username" plus "@iaxs.net"
   Password: account password
   Quoting Character: any character used to distinguish in some emails.

   Click the right arrow to continue.

9. Enter the host server ^(view)   information:
   E-mail Account: your "username" plus "@mail.iaxs.net"
   SMTP Host:
       mail.iaxs.net if your email address ends with @iaxs.net or
       mail.YourDomain.com if your email address ends with @yourdomain.com.

10. On the Newsgroup Host Computer screen enter:
      news.iaxs.net as the NNTP host.

11. When asked if you wish to use a proxy servers for your Internet connection,
      you may select NO or YES if you understand the attibutes of using our proxy server.
      If you choose to use the proxy server, you would specify cache.iaxs.net

12. You will see a button telling you to "Go Ahead".

13. Clicking on Show Details ^(view)   will take you to a screen where you check the info you provided.

Clicking on Go Ahead will finish the configuration and the computer will attempt to dialup, unless you unchecked the Connect when finished checkbox.

The Internet Access menu option below the icon will be the way you connect to the Internet in the future.
